The two to three-room apartments offer a well thought-out room layout and are suitable for families, single people and pensioners alike. Light-flooded rooms are guaranteed thanks to the large windows and south-facing orientation of the living spaces. All apartments have electrically operated, external sun protection.
On the upper floors, all apartments have one or more south-facing balconies, while the ground-floor apartments have private gardens.
