The South Tyrolean Association of Estate Agents (SMV) looks back on a long history. Attached to the biggest national estate agent association, the FIMAA, it was founded in 1951. Under the umbrella of the professional association and the seal of quality „M“, they bring together the most renowned estate agents in the province of Bolzano. This protected quality characteristic is only allowed to be used by the 50 members of the association since it guarantees the adherence to high quality standards.
Our self-image is built on a foundation of complete professionalism, extensive know-how and discretion. It is an intended aim of the South Tyrolean Association of Estate Agents to create added value not only for buyers and vendors, but for all interested parties. With this in mind, we always follow our vision of a transparent property market and the large amount of information and services for the inhabitants of South Tyrol.
SMV is significantly involved in the professional development of the job of estate agent and the property market itself within South Tyrol. Today, the association members stand for service and expertise more than ever in the areas of consultancy, sales and valuation of residential and commercial properties. They have been promoted to important objective advisors. This is due to the fact that the acquisition as well as the sale of a property is a sensitive and above all a complex matter requiring competent support and guidance.
