The vineyard has south-facing terraces. A barbecue is available to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings in summer. There is also a practical tool shed and a comfortable hut with a toilet (septic tank) and a 2 × 2 meter room. A covered table offers protection from the weather. The property is not only ideal for growing fruit, vegetables or wine, but is also a wonderful retreat. The wonderful ambience is rounded off by the magnificent view over the Brixen valley basin.
