The alpine pasture area is located north-east of Gossensass and extends over a total area of around 259 hectares, at altitudes between 1,688 and 2,645 meters above sea level. One third of this contiguous area is offered for sale, although there is also the possibility of dividing it up. In the lower part of the area there is a spacious alpine hut, a stable and a hay barn, while further up only the foundation walls of a former alpine hut remain. Due to many years of disuse, some of the buildings have collapsed or are in need of renovation. It is possible to rebuild the collapsed buildings or erect two separate alpine huts. Due to the area, the owner of this subdivided quota is entitled to a potential hunting right in the Brenner hunting ground, which is one of the largest and most sought-after hunting grounds in South Tyrol with an area of approx. 10,600 hectares.
