The "Philiaz" restaurant is located in one of the most famous wine villages in South Tyrol, surrounded by a Mediterranean landscape of vineyards and orchards. Whether indoors or outdoors, you can enjoy your meal in a wonderful atmosphere and have a fantastic view of Lake Kaltern. The farm is located directly on the wine route and is only 1.3 km from the center of Kaltern. In 2018, the old, charming wine tavern was extensively renovated to a high standard by the architecture firm "Berg & Tal" and furnished with designer furniture. This makes the Philiaz ideal for connoisseurs who love cool events and good food or simply want to party until the early hours of the morning. The restaurant has 100 seats inside and 100 to 150 seats on the terrace and a license as a "restaurant" and "dance club" with a closing time at 3.30 am.
There is an approved project for the qualitative and quantitative expansion, including a building license, and the primary and secondary development contributions have already been paid.
