The new "Dorhoam in Pitzock" residential complex is being built in accordance with the KlimaHaus A-Nature guidelines. The residential complex is being built on the valley side, just below the village center of St. Peter in Villnöß. St. Peter is the main village in the Villnöss valley and has communal facilities such as a cultural center, elementary school, sports center with ice rink and library. The location of the residential complex combines living close to nature with practical proximity to the village and good public transport links. During the construction of the "Dorhoam in Pitzock" residential building, particular emphasis was placed on energy-saving living quality, security, sound insulation and sustainability.
